What documents do I need to rent a campervan?

You’ll need a valid driving license (Category B) and a passport or ID card. The driver must be at least 23 years old with a minimum of 2 years driving experience.

Is there a mileage limit?

Nope! We offer unlimited mileage with every booking — travel freely across Portugal and beyond.

Do I need to pay a security deposit?

Yes. A refundable security deposit will be held on your card during the rental. The amount depends on your insurance plan (starting from €750) and is fully returned after the vehicle is checked.

Can I park and sleep anywhere with the camper?

In Portugal and Spain, overnight stays are allowed in designated areas, campgrounds, or motorhome parking zones. We’ll share tips and maps to help you plan safe stops.

I’ve never traveled in a campervan before — is that okay?

Absolutely! We’ll give you a full walkthrough and a starter guide with tips. Our vans are beginner-friendly and easy to use.

Can I rent a campervan for just a few days?

Yes! The minimum rental is 3 nights, with popular trips being long weekends (3–4 days) or week-long adventures.

Can I travel to other countries in Europe?

Yes! You’re welcome to cross into Spain or other EU countries, just let us know in advance so we can adjust your insurance if needed.

Can I bring my pet?

Yes — we’re pet-friendly! Just let us know in advance so we can prepare the camper properly and ensure extra cleaning afterward.

What happens in case of a breakdown or accident?

You’ll have 24/7 roadside support and all emergency contacts provided before your trip. We’ve got your back wherever you go!
